TERMS OF SALES
These general conditions of sale and use of the site (hereinafter, the "Conditions") apply between:
Little Ones Paris SARL, a Limited Liability Company with a share capital of € 10,000, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under SIRET number 814 699 138 000 24, intra-community VAT number FR66 814 699 138 , whose registered office is at 26 rue de Lubeck, 75016 Paris (hereinafter, “We”, “Our”, “Our” or “Little Ones Paris”),
Any adult natural person acting exclusively within the strict framework of his personal needs, who consults the website www.littleones.paris (hereinafter, the "Site") and / or makes a purchase from Little Ones Paris (hereinafter "You", "Your", "Your", the "User" or the "Internet").
We ask you to read the Agreement (as defined below) carefully before using the Site and / or placing any order with Little Ones Paris to the extent that this Agreement affects Your rights and obligations. The mere use of the Site and / or the placing of any order constitutes knowledge and irrevocable agreement by You of the Contract. If You do not agree with any of these provisions, You are not authorized to use all or part of the Site and / or to place any order.
ARTICLE 1 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.2 Scope of the Contract
Your use of the Site and / or any purchase made from Little Ones Paris are expressly and exclusively governed by (i) the Terms, and (ii) all other terms and conditions published or otherwise referenced from time to time on the Site (together, the contract "). Please note that the Conditions prevail, in the event of contradiction and unless expressly provided otherwise, over any other terms and conditions mentioned in section (ii) above.
1.3 Amendments to the Contract
The Contract may at any time be reviewed, updated or otherwise be subject to modification, in whole or in part, it being specified that when You place an order on the Site, the applicable Conditions are those in force on the Site on the date of registration of Your order.
ARTICLE 2 - THE PRODUCTS
2.1 Proposed selection
The products offered to you are those appearing on the site on the day you visit the site.
The littleones.paris website does not sell second-hand, defective or substandard products compared to the standards offered on the market.
We draw Your attention to the fact that the photographs illustrating our products may turn out to be slightly different from reality due to the settings of Your screen and the lighting when the jewel is taken.
The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only indicative and do not bind us in any way. You can obtain additional information by contacting our Customer Service by telephone.
As these are handcrafted creations, the items may have finishing irregularities, differences in format and / or colors inherent in this type of manufacture which cannot be considered as major defects. The seller's responsibility cannot be called into question, the validity of the order cannot be affected.
ARTICLE 3 - PRICE & PAYMENT
The prices displayed are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Excluding shipping costs. The price of shipping is free in mainland France.
Little Ones Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and without notice, subject to article 1.3 above. Products already ordered will remain invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time of registration of Your order.
The products placed in your shopping cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on your product description page. This price may vary from the price that was displayed for the same product when you first placed the product in your cart. Placing a product in your cart does not ensure that its price will remain the same as it was when you put the product in the shopping cart.
The information and in particular the prices displayed on the site may be incorrect due to system errors or typographical filling. If we do our best to avoid these kinds of mistakes, they can still exist. We do not honor orders based on incorrect information or prices.
3.2 The Order
The creation of a personal account is required to order on Our site.
You can choose to place Your order:
- directly on the Site; or
- by phone by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org; We will contact you immediately for payment.
After checking the content of his order, as well as the total cost of it (products ordered, shipping costs, optional options), and correcting any errors, the buyer will confirm it definitively at the payment stage. . This confirmation will be worth conclusion of the contract.
Upon registration of Your order (by telephone or on the Site) and within a maximum period of 2 (two) working days from this registration, We acknowledge receipt of Your order and inform You thereof. Little Ones Paris is not bound by the order until the sending of this acknowledgment of receipt. Little Ones Paris reserves the right to refuse, without liability on its part, any order concerning a User, for just cause, in particular if there is a doubt or a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
Once the contract has been concluded, We will send you by email a receipt of Your order containing a summary of the information entered on the order form.
An invoice for Your order will be issued and will be sent to you upon receipt by Us (see article 3.2.3 below).
3.3 Changes to Your order
Modifications by Us in the event of unavailability of the ordered product:
Our product offers and their prices are valid within the limits of available products. If it should happen that some of the products You have ordered are no longer available, We undertake to replace them with products of at least equal or better quality without modifying the price of Your order. We will inform You as soon as We become aware of this unavailability, will inform You of the new delivery time, if applicable, and will in any event give You the possibility of canceling Your order.
We also reserve the right to cancel all or part of an order in the event of failure of one of our suppliers as well as in the event of force majeure. We will notify You as soon as We become aware of it and will refund any amount You have already paid to Us in connection with the order or the canceled part of an order. In any case, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you different possible options.
3.4 Payment for your order
All orders are payable in euros.
You can pay for your orders:
(I) by credit card via Stripe (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Carte Bleue): the amount of Your order is then debited at the same time. The date of registration of the order is that of the online payment.
(II) by bank transfer: Our Site provides you with the bank details of Little Ones Paris. You must make the required transfer so that it appears within 7 (seven) days for the order to be registered. The date of registration of the order is the date of receipt of funds on the Little Ones Paris account.
ARTICLE 4 - SHIPMENTS & DELIVERIES
We will inform You in writing of the progress of the manufacture of your purchase and of the shipment of your items.
The immediate availability of Our products is guaranteed if the mention "Add to cart" is indicated on the product sales page at the time of purchase.
Any order placed on Our E-Shop will generally be processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment (excluding weekends and public holidays) unless otherwise specified by us. An email will be sent to confirm order processing and shipment.
Jewelry on request
The jewelry offered in the "on-demand" section produced only in very limited quantities by our high jewelry workshops located in Paris. Thus, it is possible that the part you wish to acquire is not in stock although the mention "Add to basket" is displayed on the site. If necessary, the buyer will be notified and the part will be produced on request especially by our workshops. The shipping time will then be confirmed within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
So-called "special" orders include the personalization of a piece of jewelry (particularly engraving) and the tailor-made creation of a piece of jewelry. Any buyer wishing to make a special order is invited to contact our customer service to find out the feasibility of their request, to receive a quote and to be informed of shipping times. Regarding personalization, the deadline is 5 working days.
- In accordance with the provisions of Article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the products corresponding to these special orders cannot be exchanged or refunded
Place of delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address that You provided during the ordering process. This may differ from the billing address.
The delivery time depends on the delivery address as well as the delivery method selected by the Customer.
Unless longer manufacturing, processing, shipping and / or delivery times are required (of which We will inform You upon receipt of Your order), the products ordered are delivered within 5 working days from the registration of Your order (see section 3.2.3 above). Delivery will be deemed to have taken place on the date of first presentation of the products to the delivery address indicated.
The delivery times specified below only apply from the dispatch of the order.
Delivery in France is made, at the initiative of the buyer, by one of the following transport options:
- Shipping by DHL, delivery within 24 hours
- Courier delivery service offered for Paris only: Next day delivery, for all orders placed before 1 p.m.
Please specify your preferences when validating the delivery method.
For international deliveries:
- Shipping by DHL, delivery in 24-72h

We invite You to regularly consult the tracking of Your order on the Site (see My orders) or by sending us an email. (article 1.1 above).
We will keep You informed of any delay in shipment of which We become aware.
If You order several products at the same time and only some of them are delayed, We may split the shipments. In this case, we will notify you of the arrangements we intend to take before the delivery begins.
Observations on the delivery or the delivered products
You must check the packages and products on delivery. If You have any reservation or observation justifying that the products have been returned to us, You must proceed as indicated in Article 4 below.
4.3 Ownership - Risks
The transfer of ownership and risk over the products takes place upon delivery of the products. However, in the event that.
(i) Your package would be returned to Us by the carrier because the address was wrong or you did not claim it within the time limit,
(ii) You have not answered the telephone, Our voicemail and electronic messages to notify You of the situation (especially if the e-mail addresses and telephone numbers You have given Us are incorrect), and We have therefore been unable to reach you for a period of 2 months from the shipment of the package,
Little Ones Paris assumes ownership of the products and can dispose of them freely. Little Ones Paris retains the payments that triggered the delivery of the order and you agree to have no recourse to recover any amounts paid or unclaimed products.
ARTICLE 5 - RETURNS AND SIZE DISCOUNTS
5.1 Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to the provisions of Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, You have a period of 7 (seven) clear days from receipt of the products to exercise Your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalties. (with the exception of the assumption by You of the return costs).
We will reimburse You no later than thirty (30) days following the date on which your right of withdrawal was exercised.
Products that are not directly in the catalog - special orders - are not subject to the right of return under Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code.
5.2 Satisfied or refunded
Beyond the aforementioned right of withdrawal and up to thirty (30) days after the delivery date (cf. 3.3.3.), We give You the possibility of returning to Us the products ordered which do not give you complete satisfaction for refund or exchange.
To do this, You must inform Little Ones paris customer service in writing of Your decision before returning the products to Us, indicate the reason for Your return and follow exactly the return process that we will indicate to you. Your return request is only effective from the moment Little Ones Paris acknowledges receipt in writing of your return request,
If You return the products to Us for reimbursement, the return costs are your responsibility with the insurance costs that Little Ones Paris will indicate to you by email. If this insurance amount is not respected by You and the jewel should be lost during delivery, the reimbursement will be canceled and the jewel will remain entirely your responsibility.
Upon receipt of your jewel, we check that it is in perfect condition, then acknowledge receipt of the jewel. Then, We will refund You the price corresponding to the value of the products no later than thirty (30) days following the date on which Your return was accepted by Little Ones Paris, as indicated in article 4.3 below.
5.3 Conditions of acceptance of returns
The returns provided for in articles 4.1 and 4.2 above will only be accepted by Little Ones Paris and will only give rise to a refund or exchange if:
(I) the return process described by our advisors and on our site has been respected;
(II) the products are returned to us in their original packaging, complete (original of the certificate, accessories, packaging, including gift box, box, bag, etc.), in perfect condition and unworn. Thus, items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will under no circumstances be taken back; it is specified that certain special products are not returnable, personalized products or made-to-order products.
(III) Our specialists confirm that the frame and the stone, or any other component of the product, conform to the product sent to You, without damage, modification or intervention of any kind.
(IV) The return is no longer possible if it is a second consecutive return. Under Article, L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal and the right of return within 30 days "satisfied or refunded" no longer applies if it is a second consecutive return.
(V) Products which have been the subject, at Your request, of a personalized or specific modification (in particular a change in the size of the stone or stones of different colors than what is visible on our online catalog) may not no longer be refunded or exchanged.
5.4 Terms of refund and exchange
Any refund will be made, at the option of Little Ones Paris, either by credit to your credit card or by transfer to your bank account.
In the event of an exchange, if the new order is for an amount greater than the order giving rise to the exchange, the User must attach to the exchange request payment of the remainder by bank transfer. Conversely, if the amount of the exchange is less than the amount of the order, the User will receive, under the same conditions as those referred to above, a refund of the overpayment.
5.5. Size reduction
Beyond the aforementioned right of withdrawal and up to thirty (30) days after the delivery date (cf. 3.3.3.), We give You the option of returning the products ordered to Us to make a resizing of your jewel.
To do this, You must inform Little Ones Paris customer service in writing (see article 1.1 above) of Your decision before returning the products to Us, indicate the new size requested and follow exactly the return process as we will tell you. Your resizing request is effective only from the moment Little Ones Paris acknowledges receipt in writing of your return request,
If You return the products to Us for resizing, the return costs remain your responsibility and the new shipping costs will be borne by Little Ones Paris; upon receipt of the resized products, You will no longer be able to benefit from the provisions provided for in articles 4.1 and / or 4.2 aforementioned, i.e. you will not be able to return a piece of jewelry that has been resized . The deadline for resizing is two weeks maximum.
ARTICLE 6 - GUARANTEES
6.1 Product warranty
Little Ones Paris follows the legislation in force concerning the lack of conformity of the product with the Contract and the crippling defects under the conditions provided for in articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code:
"Article L. 211-4 of the Consumer Code: The seller is required to deliver goods in accordance with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. It also responds to any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation when it has been charged to it by the contract or has been carried out under its responsibility.
Article L. 211-5 of the Consumer Code: To comply with the contract, the goods must:
1 ° Be suitable for the use usually expected of a similar good and, where applicable:
- correspond to the description given by the seller and have the qualities that he presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;
- have the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect given the public statements made by the seller, the producer or his representative, in particular in advertising or labeling;
2 ° Or have the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties or be suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the attention of the seller and which the latter has accepted.
Article L. 211-12 of the Consumer Code: Action resulting from lack of conformity lapses two years after delivery of the goods.
Article 1641 of the Civil Code: The seller is bound by the guarantee for hidden defects in the item sold which make it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which reduce this use so much that the buyer would not have it. not acquired, or would have given a lower price, if he had known them.
Article 1648 paragraph one of the Civil Code: The action resulting from latent defects must be brought by the purchaser, within two years from the discovery of the defect. "
The guarantee in case of breakage
In the event of breakage, scratch, incident which is not the consequence of a defect or hidden manufacturing defect, we undertake to repair the jewel of the Little Ones Paris brand, against remuneration. The repair is made subject to validation of the estimate by the owner of the jewel. This is by no means an insurance or guarantee against handling fault.
6.2 Guarantee concerning the Site
Without prejudice to the guarantees set out in Article 5.1 above, Little Ones Paris does not grant any guarantees on the Site and / or the Content (as described in Article 7 below). In particular, Little Ones Paris does not grant any guarantee as to the conformity of any element of the Site for any particular use. Little Ones Paris does not guarantee that the functions contained on the Site and that any Content or other element therein will be available at all times, uninterrupted or error-free, that any faults or errors will be immediately corrected or that the Site or its server will at all times be free of viruses or other components which may cause damage.
ARTICLE 7: RESPONSIBILITY
7.1 The jewelry offered conforms to French legislation in force at the time of the proposal.
7.2 Except fraud or gross negligence and except in the event of liability for defective products, the total liability of Little Ones Paris, for all the damages which can be repaired under the terms of the Contract, which it is likely to cause You under the Contract. , is limited to the repair of only foreseeable, direct and material damages actually suffered by You as a result of the failure of Little Ones Paris, this repair not being able to exceed in any case the amount of Your last purchase, and this, even if Little Ones Paris has been warned of the possibility of such harm.
It is specified that, within the framework of the Contract, are deemed to constitute indirect damages not giving rise to the right to compensation by Little Ones Paris, even if they are foreseeable, any loss of profits, turnover, data, bases or programs, the deprivation of savings and any additional costs, as well as any damage to image and any third party claims.
Little Ones Paris will in particular not be liable to You for damages caused by (I) your own act, omission or fault; (II) any case of force majeure as defined by case law issued by French courts; (III) any third party unrelated to Little Ones Paris for the performance of the Contract (for example, in the event that the problems result from the performance, congestion or connection of telecommunications means or services, or the performance of your IT equipment); or (IV) any other event that neither Little Ones Paris nor its suppliers could have foreseen or prevented even if Little Ones Paris or its suppliers had taken all reasonable precautions.
In particular, will be considered to be Your own fact, omission or fault: any damage or loss that You would suffer which would result from the unsuitability or incompatibility of Your computer equipment (hardware and / or software) to all or part of the Site and / or the failure to implement all reasonable and necessary protections against any harmful programs, devices or communications, since it is up to You, and You alone, to (I) verify or have verified that Your computer equipment and / or of telecommunications is adapted and compatible with the Site, and this before any use and (II) put in place and implement all the reasonable and necessary protections against any programs, devices or harmful communications, in particular by means of anti-virus software.
7.3 Without prejudice to the provisions of Articles L. 211-12 of the Consumer Code and 1648 of the Civil Code (referred to in Article 5.1.2 above) and other mandatory legal provisions to the contrary, You agree that any claim or action found its origin or related to the use of all or part of the Site or to the Contract, must be formulated and judicially implemented within a period of one (1) year following the first of the following two dates, under penalty of limitation: the date on which the complaint was first made or the date on which the cause of the complaint first appeared.
ARTICLE 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 The Site and all the elements (including the products), documents and other data which appear there (the "Content"), whether visual or audio, are protected by the applicable French and international rules, according to the the case of trademarks, trade or services - whether or not they are registered as such - and trade names or other distinctive signs, copyright, neighboring rights, sui generis rights, design rights, patents, trade or trade secrets or other rights of the same nature and belong or have been licensed to Little Ones Paris.
8.2 Your right to use the Site and any Content or other material therein is subject to Your compliance with the Agreement and any applicable law or regulation. Any use of the Site or any Content for any purpose other than those authorized by the Agreement may constitute a violation of our rights or those of Our licensors:
(I) You may only access and display any Content and any other element of the Site for non-commercial and private use;
(II) the Site and any Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, adapted, transmitted, distributed or used in any way without the prior written permission of Little Ones Paris or unless there is an imperative applicable legal authorization ( in this case, You must keep intact all notices of property rights);
(III) You must not use meta tags or any other hidden text containing Our name, brand (s) or that of companies which are related to Us without Our specific, prior and written consent;
(IV) any User who wishes to place, for his personal use, on his site, a simple link directing to the home page of the Site, must first obtain Our specific and written authorization; under no circumstances shall Our agreement engage Our liability, in any capacity whatsoever, on the Site or any Content;
ARTICLE 9. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Little Ones Paris undertakes not to disclose the information you provide to third parties. These remain confidential. They will only be used by our internal services for processing your order, personalizing communication, the cultural product offering reserved for customers of littleones.paris, in particular by the littleones.paris newsletters to which you have subscribed. according to your areas of interest.
Consequently, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, and oppose your personal data. ARTICLE 10: APPLICABLE LAW - COMPETENT JURISDICTION
10.1 The Contract is subject to French law (to the exclusion of the rules applicable to conflicts of laws).
10.2 In the event of a dispute, only the French courts will be competent.
